Are You Suited for Success?

This program is geared at promoting interest, preparing and positioning in career fields that are heavily underrepresented by minorities. This is accomplished by unifying key influencers with consumers, organizations, institutions and brand partners via cause-related, media-based educational and cultural programs. Piloted with K&G Fashion Superstore, Red Bull and Lucas Films/ RedTails, Are You Suited for Success? implemented grassroots tactics that engaged, educated and entertained consumers during 5-HBCU homecoming celebrations. Solutioned as a giveback program, we engaged over 100,000 homecoming participants, implemented a 29-engagement point campaign, facilitated and distributed over 20K worth of givebacks to students and alumni. Finally, we facilitated, managed and implemented brand collaboration between K&G Fashion Superstore, Lucas Films/ RedTails Premier and Red Bull during market activations. As a talent preparatory program, AYSFS shares industry experiences, promotes industry opportunities, defines business etiquette and advocates for the need of continuing professional development. Supported by a full marketing campaign, this program provides an opportunity for new talent to demonstrate and promote their ideas.
